Activities

Practices are held at Tom Muehlenbeck Recreation Center. We participate in the Texas Amateur Athletic Federation’s (TAAF) swim meets offered across North Texas throughout the summer season. Competing in swim meets is not required but encouraged. For the summer season, new swimmers must register for pre-scheduled tryouts. During the school year tryouts are arranged by request.

See Practice Schedule for current activity details!

Piranhas Swim Team – Summer Only

During the months of June and July, the Plano Piranhas practice Monday – Friday and compete in optional TAAF swim meets on weekends.

Piranhas Off-Season Conditioning - Fall/Spring LIMITED AVAILABILITY

Choose Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, or Sundays in any combination to stay in shape during the school year. Swimmers planning to compete during the summer must not register for more than 2 practices per week to comply with TAAF eligibility rules.
